Staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
We bought our Lounge lights from them recently. German manufacturer so we're of high quality. We even got advice regarding the correct bulbs to use.
When we unpacked the lights one small item was missing. We mentioned this in passing and they ordered the part without any hassle or quibbling. They also got it sent to our home address to save a trip over to the shop.
