I was impressed with the professional service I received from TECC Ltd and Peter. My enquiry through the website was dealt with very quickly. The e mail/ phone communication was really good and my questions were answered clearly and promptly. A date was booked in and I was contacted both by e mail and phone a few days prior to the inspection to confirm all was good. I'm really pleased with the service offered to me by TECC - they were really friendly and accommodating from day 1, very efficient to respond and sent over a clear, no-nonsense quote. The guy who came to look at my house before quoting was so on the ball (Chris Barlow) that I specifically asked it to be him who completed the work - and I'm glad I did! Josh who came to do my Electrical compliance check was so lovely, I would usually feel quite anxious about being alone in the house with an unknown male but he put me at ease right away. I was in urgent need of a couple of small electrical jobs to be completed. TECC was very prompt to respond. They kept in touch and were able to accomadate the day I needed. The employee was very polite and professional, with quality work carried out efficiently. A couple of weeks later I had another issue and they were able to complete the work that same day to the same high standard I had experienced previously. The Guys at TECC ltd are brilliant. Pete explained the service to me and provided a COVID safe quote which was amazing value for money. I asked if the job was too small as it was only installing a new socket and wiring up some surround sound speakers. Pete said no job was too small for them and he gave me a great insight as to how the work would be carried out. I accepted the quote on Friday and the job was done at 9am on Monday morning ! The work was completed very professionally and they worked very tidily. Once the job was complete I was asked to inspect and the job was done faultlessly.
