Thoroughly professional and a pleasure to do business with. We’ve had a couple of hick ups along the way but their site and office staff have kept me I formed and updated at each turn. Our main issue was the late arrival of the battery but that was a supply issue and not necessarily TB Electrics fault. As mentioned above the site staff were great to deal with. I was happy to leave them to work in my home unattended for the majority of the time. They were helpful, explaining everything to me and putting up with my endless questions without a hint of exasperation. The office staff were just as helpful putting up with my emails and responding quickly. I would not hesitate to use TB Electrics again and have already recommended them to a couple of friends.

Professional and friendly service. After initial contact and estimate, Terry came to our house, surveyed it, and took us through everything, taking time to explain the system and answer any questions we had. Louise, Lauren and Fee dealt with the admin side, keeping us updated. Installation started on the day agreed, and the installers were polite, friendly and efficient, cleaning up as they went. Panels, inverter and battery are all working well, and certainly meeting, and exceeding our expectations. Having had four other quotes aside from TB Electrics, taking everything into account from initial contact to completion, very glad we choose TB Electrics. Can highly recommend.

I cannot recommend TB Electrics highly enough. An absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. All the staff I had contact with are polite and courteous. The engineers arrived on time and the work was completed to a very high standard. I would not hesitate to use this company again should the need arise.

TB Electrics installed a Zappi EV charger for me and tested and recommissioned my existing solar installation. They were prompt, turned up when they said they would, kept me informed about the installation process and the registration of my solar system. The work they carried out was a neat and tidy installation. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Having got quotes from various firms, big and small, I hit on TB Electrics as an approved installer of Sunsynk battery storage. Initially I thought the estimate a bit high but liked the way the company responded. I went ahead with the installation. Communication was good. The installers were polite and responsive to my requirements on the day. When I started to use the Sunsynk app I had a few questions that were readily handled by the team over the phone and email. I like the fact they can configure the system remotely and that they are big enough to provide a responsive after sales service. All in all well worth paying that tiny bit extra to get exemplary service from start to finish.

Regular updates on progress and the lads who fitted were polite and cleaned up afterwards, everything was explained to me and they took time make sure I understood everything . I had a SolarEdge PV, Battery and Hot Water Energy Diverter installation and I couldn't be happier. The system is first rate and outperforms every one of my friends installations, one of which has more panels and is only just down the road. I now hardly ever have to use gas for my hot water. Terry, Louise and the team are great down to earth to deal with and you get a proper family business vibe from them. They respond promptly to emails, invest time talking you through all your options on the phone and are straight talkers with no motive. Communication was good and everything happened as it was intended. High recommend.

Really helpful, communicative and tidy. I didn’t even know they were there! TB electrics advised us on an LED lighting upgrade, for a charity run memorial hall. These guys are great and local to south warrington. Very friendly engineers/electricians and perform a top rate service. We've had a number of jobs done by these guys (garden lighting, garage re-wire, greenhouse electricity to name but 3) and happy with them all. We were first introduced to TB Electrics by SolarEdge when we had a SolarEdge optimiser failure. We have valued their help in negotiating with SolarEdge to get two optimisers replaced and installed. Following this we decided to invest in a solar power storage battery and its value to our system will we hope become evident when its been in operation for a longer period of time as it was only fitted in October 2022. We've been very pleased with both the administrative and installation staff.

They were really supportive the mass of paperwork and using the system Overall excellent and you pay a bit more but value for money and professionalism / work The only nit picking criticism is I paid allot of money for my installation and sometimes I was the one doing all the chasing so for me TB Electrics just offer that comfort blanket to your customers and keep them in the loop and offer regular updates and confirmations
