Hillcrest Electrical was recommended by a neighbour to change my fuse box and install safer lighting in bedroom ceilings . Naturally I got a second quote Hillcrest not only offered the better quote but more importantly didn’t put pressure on me to do more than necessary The engineer arrived on time , explained everything very clearly to me , and cleaned up afterwards I was so pleased I asked Hillcrest to remove a large unsightly ceiling light and make good Again excellent service so I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company

We have completed a complete refurbishment and extension of our house over 8months and Hillcrest have been involved from the beginning. We chose them from recommendations that talked about professionalism and this has been borne out in our experience. From dismantling individual sockets and wiring for demolition, through to the finished build, Andy and his team have always been immediately available and responsive to any situation. The quality of their advice and workmanship is everything we required, a complete rewire, new lighting internal and external, underfloor heating and all sockets all work exactly as planned. At every stage, work was tested and the fact that they have never had to return to any part of the project is recommendation in itself to the quality of their work. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone, they have been personable and professional throughout, and made a vital contribution to the completion of our project.

The many positive reviews Andy has are well justified. A late decision from us, to install an additional socket one week before planning to paint wasn't a problem for Andy, or Damien - who carried out the install. After being told by another electrician that it wasn't as simple as it looked, and that there would be some mess, Hillcrest made it look relatively easy, and made a neat job. Being relatively new to the area we haven't yet accumulated a list of local reputable tradespeople to call upon. Andy is now firmly on that list. Many thanks for a job well done.
