Very professional company and a great agency to work for . I dealt with Sam , who was honest right from the start , regarding pay , hours and the length of the job . I had no issues with contacting them and speaking to them . The hourly rate was great and I was always paid on time with out any stress or problems . The umbrella company Tradeline use are good too and not to expensive . They offer you great perks such as discounts on stores ( food shopping ) ,,brands , electrical items etc and so much more ,which I’ve never had before . You don’t expect to receive something back from an umbrella company . I worked for Tradeline as a Telehandler driver for 5 months and I highly recommend them .

I have been dealing with Niall and Ellie. I have worked with quite a few different agencies and I have to say that both Niall and Ellie are friendly yet professional (!) which is quite rare these days. Provide you with spot on work details and keep their word. Doubt I would find better agency around.

I have been meaning to do this for a couple of weeks now. My expereince with agencies like most has been awfull. It has been a breath of freash air dealing with tradeline and in particular Jack Wheedon from the contruction side of tradeline. They are a genuine bunch, I have always felt like they do actually care about your position. Its been amazing to me the total lack of empathy that agencies appear to exhibit when dealing with what is infact there meal ticket. Tradeline (and i include everyone i have spoken to in this) do not do that. they are quick in getting back to, they never mess your wages about, and in fact at the start of our business relationship i was probably considered an awkward customer and they handled everytthing with patience and an extremely helpfull attitude. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering working with them.

THERE IS NO ONE TO COMPLAIN TOO ,my complaint went straight to nial grady the person I wanted to complain about . in the 18 yrs I have worked on & off for tradeline I have had nothing but trouble .you get sent on a job & they have sent 2 or 3 others to exactly the same job ,they send you on jobs that don't exist ,they give you the wrong post code or something near, Tradeline dispite me asking them to take me out of there system keep ringing me offering work ,weather they are taking the micky or they genuinely have a vacancy is beside the point but probly the latter (why work for them if you a'int going to get paid ????) the latest I did some work for them & dispite doing lots of work for them in the past ,this person nial grady wanted photo ID, I sent him it twice because he said he did not get the first one ,each time it was sent by a professional body ,it cot me 4-5 pounds each time ,each time I got a cocky text message from him saying he had not recived it I posted a copy of the document he asked for to, Tradeline Recruitment ,21C Saturn Facilities ,edford heights Manton Ln Bedford …..& it still did not get to him today 5/7/2018 ,I spoke to The Guild & they say the reason I have not be paid is that Mr Grady has blocked it ,they would not comment further ,I rang him up & pointed this out to him,buy he just continued to try & worm his way out ,then after I ended the phone call he sent me a text message in CAPITALS how sad
