Brightwater is by far the best recruitment agency I have ever worked for.. I cannot praise all the staff in the group highly enough. Especially Karen. Consider yourself lucky if you have Karen watching your back. Not only did I secure dream jobs, gain confidence and feel valued as an employee.. I gained a friend for life! Thank you for everything!!

I would definitely give bright water a 5 out of 5 especially Karen Bellew who was my consultant during my time at bright water. The moment I met Karen she inspired me to be the best version of myself and to try my best. Its great to have someone who is literally just a call away for advice when you need it. Nothing is ever too much for Karen and she really helped my confidence grow which I believe played a big part in me being made permanent in my job at sse. For my interview she helped me prep and encouraged me to be positive and believe in myself. I can't thank Karen enough for everything she has done for me. Back in March I got in touch with Brightwater as I wanted to further my career and begin something that I enjoyed and would benefit my career path and future. Up until this point I was using the same ambiguous, vague CV and honestly didn’t know where to begin. I had previously tried other recruitment agencies and went through the same routines of meeting them, answering questions about myself and explaining what I wanted to do for them to give me high hopes and then recommend another minimum wage job that had nothing to do with what I wanted to progress in for my future. When I contacted Brightwater I was first in contact with Nadene, we exchanged a few emails and after a day or so she gave me a call and immediately I knew this was going to result in a positive change for me. Nadene asked me to come down for a chat with her and Karen and from the minute I walked through the door they made me feel extremely conformable. We chatted for a while about what direction I wanted to go in which was administration, at this point I had very little experience, however they made me feel so confident in the ski that I had and how I could develop these. They gave me a few job options and one really stood out for me that Karen was recruiting for, the downside to this was that the role was temporary. I decided to give a go knowing it would be a learning curve and I wasn’t going to get anywhere if I didn’t take any risks. From this day until my interview which was roughly a week later, Karen supported me daily, she gave me confidence, she helped me fix my CV, always called to motivate me, sent me links, tips and all of it paid off because I got the job. This was in March, it’s now July, only four month later and I don’t have the temporary role anymore as I progressed to a permanent role in administration within the company! Again, none of this would be possible without Karen or Brightwater, Karen still keeps in touch if it’s by text, e-mail or a phone call just to check in and see how I am and I absolutely would not be in the position I am in at the minute without her and her support! Brightwater is without a doubt the most welcoming and helpful recruitment agency I have ever came across and Karen is without a doubt one of the nicest, attentive and supportive people I have ever met!

Cannot rate this professional company higher than 5* but if i could, then i would. General consensus amongst colleagues (both agency and former agency that went perm) is that they most def are a cut above. Everyones v couteous and professional anytime ive had to contact. Never been paid late or the wrong amount. Only dealt with Karen Bellew and the process from first point of contact to installation in current job was seamless, stress free, transparent and totally supported. I am still in that role and very happy within my role. Total support 24/7. Dont think my consultant sleeps. Always a prompt response day or night. Ultra friendly and lots of care taken to match me with ideal role. Must work as im still there...and so are my team colleagues (and other teams). Thanks Brightwater/Karen for everything. Really appreciated it. These guys are the best, def! Next level support. Amaze.

Brightwater are a great company but I have to give most of my thanks to Karren Bellew! She was such a star and I now have a permanent role, she makes you feel like a friend more than an employee. The staff are very friendly and there are very quick to respond if you have any queries.

I couldn't recommend this company anymore. Karen is such an amazing person that has shown me that there are people that will go above and beyond for you. Great to deal with from the start. Always sorted out any problems I had. Even efficient in paying my holidays when I finished temping. Karen looked after me very well and now I have a permanent position. Couldn't really ask for more!

A little poor...I was working with Stephanie McQuillian, however she was almost 15 minutes late which didn't leave a good impression. Also the page they issue giving so call promises which they will do...has grammar mistakes. Edit: Stephanie McQuillian is no longer with the company.
