I had a very good experience with Brook Street. Right from the start my agent Melissa G was fantastic. I had issues getting all the documents & refs needed for new role but she was really patient and helpful. I now love new new role & have a FTA there. There was never any issues with my pay apart from once & it was minor & rectified within a day. My initial experience with Brookstreet somewhat 2 years ago was not good, I felt forgotten about and lost out on a great opportunity. I went back in November 2021 and dealt with mostly Melissa, who is incredibly good at her job, extremely supportive, helpful and knowledgeable. She had got me a post that was higher than the one I was going for a couple of years ago and I am very thankful for that(also i got a contract out of it). This would have been a one star review but with a staff member like Melissa, she turned it into 5. Highly recommend.
