I have recently returned to contracting and obtained my most recent role through Monarch. I have also used their services to recruit a number of roles. I have found Monarch thoroughly professional throughout. They were very helpful whilst I was a candidate and have been communicative now that I have started the role. They pay on time and the on-line time-sheet system is effective; as is their self-billing mechanism. The candidates that Monarch provided for my roles were well matched and of good quality. They all interviewed well and I recruited through Monarch and been very satisfied with the result. I would certainly use Monarch again in the future.

As a contractor, I've worked via Monarch on and off for 3 of the last 5 years. I've always gotten on really well with them. Their time-sheet system could do with an update, but they've always self-billed / paid in a timely fashion and have never had any issues.
