Very best place to work, if you love the job. Very well organised, standard for having rules and following them. Sticking to all of them and taking them very seriously, so that the client knows, what the company promises, you'll be getting. Role model. Very professional, very fun, you get to join in and enjoy the fun at your assignments too believe it or not, (even through all that pain from standing up too long or thirst). You should though, pick this job if you live in Birmingham, not close. It's much easier. And, remember as much as you can from induction, or where to find stuff you've forgotten. Anything you forget, can be your downfall. Very well kept office for employees too, they treat employees like clients.

My daughter has started today its her first ever job, and its for the grand prix - she is so excited but after reading all these reviews majority being 1 star has got me worried.. she will be BOH in this heat and worried she won't get breaks like many have mentioned on the reviews.. given 3 stars for now when she gets home tonight I’ll here how she was treated! Also 3am to 8pm !16 hours is that even legal hmmmmm by the time she gets home it will be 10pm and then she has another shift at 5:30am when exactly is she meant to sleep

I have been with Off to Work since March 2013 and within the last 5 years I have managed to build a successful career in the industry - from the temporary roles to a permanent position in the office! Whilst working here I have been part of so many instances of enabling amazing experiences - it is absolutely thrilling. From Queen Garden Parties at Buckingham Palace (and actually meeting the Queen!!) to the British Open several years in a row! Whilst working in the field, every shift has brought something new and exciting as it is never the same venue or same people. Thanks to OTW I met so many amazing people, made so many new friends, expanded my circle of connections and worked at so many incredible venues, which I normally would not even think of visiting, like the Sealife Centre in Birmingham city centre. Even though there are ups and downs like in every single job, the positive experiences have always outweighed the miserable memories. Becoming part of OTW family I believe has been one of the best choices I have made!
