I have always found Smile a very professional and friendly agency to work for. They find me placements that I am able to fit around a busy home life. I know that they could find me more work, but have never made me feel under any pressure to do more. I feel very lucky to have Luke as my consultant. He is approachable, friendly and professional. I always get quick responses to any messages and any queries have been dealt with swiftly and effectively. I would certainly recommend Smile to others.

This is the first agency I joined after needing flexibility to work around my family life. Within a week I was registered and my dbs was renewed within two days. Monday I started working for a school nursery local to me, have been their for five weeks. Although couldn’t continue due to the five days a week not working out, I’d like to highly recommend smile. My honest review of smile education is that I am impressed and delighted with my experience so far. From interaction with the team members, in particular; Kylie, I was welcomed in a friendly, professional mannerism. My files and registration were responded to so quickly and I received emails/ calls / messages when anything else was required or needed to be confirmed. I was approached by this agency, even though I had not applied for any teaching jobs as I am not a qualified teacher yet. I was a bit sceptical at first, but Victoria (my consultant) was very genuine and reassuring, and found me full-time, long-term work as a teaching assistant within hours of me being officially registered, and I'm really happy at the school I'm working at. She has been very supportive throughout the whole process, and responds quickly to my emails and we have spoken a number of times on the phone. I did have to pay for another DBS, but after I have done 10 days work I will be refunded, which seems to be common practice for supply teaching agencies (at the time of writing, I have done 5 days work). Out of these 5 days I've worked, I have not been paid for 1 day BUT I am confident that this problem will be quickly resolved. Overall, I am really happy with my experience with the agency as a whole, and with Victoria's friendliness and professionalism.

I was advised by my friend to apply to Smile Education after completing my PGCE in Primary Education. The whole process was so simple and easy to do. The interview via teams with Beth was thorough and just like I was having a conversation with a friend, so approachable which put me at ease straight away. Emma and Beth have been phenomenal throughout, always there at the other end of the phone or email for support. They are so flexible to work around your lifestyle and the days you would like to work.
