Great agency to work with, I applied for a position with them, within less than 30 minutes had a call in relation (most agencies take minimum 2/3 days to follow an application up via indeed) following day I was in their offices to Sign up and sort paperwork, following day out for work. Never an issue, very professional and responsive. I would also like to thank Dara personally (my consultant) for the hard work she has put in and the quick success she had in securing me a placement :)

Good morning I just want to use this opportunity to tell you what am doing in the care home were I work.eg looking after people who have dementia and challenging unit floor by showering them offer them food and drinks I also help the nurse giving them some medication. Protect them from falling. Protect them from fighting themselves. I also stayed with them as my one to one.take them out time to time. I also assisted them with their food. Shave and brush their teeth.

Best Agency I have ever worked for. I started working for Peter who is really pleasant to talk to and tried his best to find me work, later on I started working for Jo, who tried to look after me and always found something for me, because of her I have gained a lot of Skills and work experience and worked my way up to becoming an Administrator , she is very nice and understanding. In the end I worked for Laura, she was very helpful I’ve got a job through her so fast. All in all excellent agency , I've never worked for a recruitment agency that would actually care for people and talk to them with respect. Highly recommend

I have been with team support for about 18months. At first I thought they would be like all the others but to my surprise they aren't. All the staff I have dealt with are very professional and friendly. I was placed within a couple of days and it was perfect for me. I have moved a couple of times (my choice) and have always had a lot of support. Never had any problems with my wages but you must text your hours in at the end of your shift. I mainly deal with Pete but have also spoke to Liz and Natasha and the lady who answers the phone I don't know her name but she has a mild west country accent. They are always very helpful, if you do have any problems they sort them out. Charlie brown is not my real name my initials are K.C

I was made redundent from my job of five years. And with little experience I was finding it difficult to find another job. Then one day I have a random phone call off a lady telling me she can help. I'd never done agency work before and didn't really want to. But i was getting nowhere so decided to take a chance on them. I was put in touch with a lovely lady called Jo. Who within a week had found me work with a possible chance of being offered a contract. That was nearly 10 weeks ago and I'm still here now. I love where I am at and she is so helpful. Whenever there's a problem. It's sorted ASAP. Thankyou team support. Nothing but praise from me.

I applied for a job through team support, there response was fast, I had my induction on same day as I spoke to them, when I arrived the recpionist was very polite and helpful, then spoke to Pete again very helpful, I have been with the agency for about 3 months now, working 3 days after 1st contact, really enjoy my work, and any time I have a problem (there been a couple) the response to my messages or phone call has been quick and always sorted out straight away. one of the best agency I've worked for
