Had the pleasure to have worked with Think Recruitment now for the last 12 months or so with them providing highly experienced and qualified tradesmen and maintenance staff to my R&M Operational team in the Midlands and Oxfordshire Areas. Dom Hall (Operations Manager) in particular has been a phenomenal go to guy.. I request, he delivers!! The staff provided to me have been second to none with each and every one of them securing permanent roles within my team!! It gets to a point where I’m looking to create vacancies for Dom and his team to fill for me! This fantastic company has made the company I work for even more fantastic!! Would highly recommend!!! Adam Hutchinson spent a great deal of time getting to learn about my background and exactly what I was looking for before finding the right oppotunities for me. He arrange 2 interviews for me with companies that were of interest. I have recently accepted a job offer that has been a significant improvement for me in terms of sallery with many long term prospects to look forward to. Adam is a very down to earth, easy to talk to person who has done a brilliant job and clearly took the time to understand my requirements and find the right oppotunities for me, unlike some other agencies Think Recruitment dont just send your CV to anyone which would end up wasting your time.
