I have worked for zest for 6 months before landing a full time employment offer from one of the schools I was working with on behalf of zest. I honestly can not speak highly enough of them ! Absolutely brilliant agency who ensure the best for their employees and have brilliant relationships with all the schools they work with. Mitch my consultant was amazing ! Always there if I needed no matter what time. Ensuring I had everything I needed to go into schools prepared and ready and being super supportive of my skills and attributes knowing just where to place me to make the most of me. I will forever recommend working for zest to anyone looking for this line of work. Thank you for making my time with you amazing guys 💕

Zest Education has been very supportive on my journey as a newly qualified teacher. Mike has been a real star and he made sure I was taken care of. They work with some really good schools who are also support. Through zest I’m now contract within a school that they found for me to do a cover. I’m grateful for zest and I would recommend them. Other agencies really messed me about, but zest wasn’t like them, they are very transparent and fair.

I joined Zest at the start of September on a short term basis as I was in between jobs. I had an absolutely fantastic experience, working in 16 primary schools across Birmingham. Liam and Scott are fantastic consultants, who look out for you and provide brilliant customer service and I can't speak anymore highly of them both. I am now in full time permanent employment. In my first term alone, I got 30 days work on day to day supply. They have excellent relationships with the schools they work alongside. Because of Zest, I feel the experience has already made me a better teacher. If you want to join a supply agency, either on a short term or long term basis, I highly recommend Zest!

I moved to Birmingham in September 2022 and I have been working with Zest and Scott since... Not being from the city, Scott works tirelessly to ensure that I am in schools that are easily accessible to my location. He listens to my preferences and ensures it is a good fit before you enter the school. From my experience, dealing with Zest has been easy and smooth building a good working relationship. Whenever I have needed support, Zest are sure to use their resources, to ensure that I have been looked after and that I am happy. For example, when receiving an on the day call, they have paid for my quick and efficient transport at times, to ensure I am well set for the day, or informed the schools beforehand, so they understand the circumstance. Additionally, when I have needed anything from Zest they have responded promptly and efficiently. Furthermore, if I've ever felt a school isnt a fit, Scott has been very understanding. Showing he has the teachers best interest at heart. He is a top bloke, with great contacts with a variety of schools around Birmingham. To conclude, I couldn't ask for anything more from the agency 10/10. AW

Extremely helpful. After completing my training at the end of June 2021 I didn't have a permanent position secured for teaching in September. I contacted Zest and within a day I had a meeting to discuss teaching Design and Technology from September. Through Zest I have been able to work at a number of schools in very different positions including LSA work, Inner city schools and private schools. I have been able to learn so much in a very short amount of time. Zest have also been able to put me in contact with my school where I have secured a permanent position teaching. I can honestly say without Zest I wouldn't have been in the position I currently am.

Zest Education is the best agency I have ever worked for. I had constant work and Mike - the agent would always go above and beyond. Since working for Zest I have now a permanent placement in a school and recently got promoted. Mike always listened to my needs and placed me in the perfect school for me. I can't recommend Zest highly enough. They have been so easy to work with from day one. The sign up process was simple, quick and very transparent with regard to details such as payment/pension. They have a great range of schools with which they work. All of which have been very welcoming and supportive. Another key strength of Zest has been their flexibility. They provide a relaxed approach to bookings whereby you will often be offered more than one potential school and have no qualms if you choose to decline or you are simply unable to work for any reason. Finally, I also wanted to mention the support I have been given in terms of travel. As I do not drive, Zest have always endeavoured to find schools that are accessible by public transport and in the case that this isn't possible, have provided extra financial support to pay for an UBER. This is greatly appreciated. A special mention goes to Scott for being very professional and a pleasures to work with. I strongly advise working with Zest whether you are newly qualified or if you have been in the profession for a longer time.

I applied to work with ZEST just before the summer holidays and was amazed by how efficient the process was. I was initially concerned that I may not find work since I have such a restricted schedule but the job is super flexible and they are more than happy to cater around you. Mitch contacted me every Friday prior to the following week to confirm my availability and provided me with work whether it be 1, 2 or 3 days that week. I also had a preference for working in a SEND school and Mitch was more than happy to supply me with regular work at one particular AS school. Definitely recommend, I have had such a positive experience and have learnt loads!
