I really do wonder about some of the negative reviews on here and elsewhere online as they certainly don't mirror my experience with Roundbrand Doncaster which has been overwhelming positive. Over the past 2 years I have placed 5 orders with this company to double glaze my entire 1930s semi and replace the back door with a composite plus frame. The bay windows and door were measured and fitted by one of the third party fitters they recommended, Darren Mellor. The smaller windows I measured and fitted myself. Everything has been high quality, supplied on time, their staff were helpful and the installation has been superb. Saved me a fortune over a supply and fit job by a double glazing firm and IMHO far better quality. A family member has also previously bought windows and doors from them, and had a complete front door and porch install by the same fitter, with similar excellent results. I have no association with the company, simply a happy customer redressing the balance of some of these questionable 'reviews'.

My conservatory was ordered and my builders were given a delivery date. They rang up the day before the delivery date to be told there was a 3wk delay as there was a shortage of glass. This threw out all the other workers who were booked to come in. My builders asked for some help from roundbrand in the form of either compensation or some fitters to erect it . They were told in no uncertain terms NO. The builders had to pay £1800 to have it erected by another company as they had moved onto another job. Absolutely disgusting attitude. Would not recommend this company to anyone

We built a new house and had all our windows and two French doors from Roundbrand at Armthorpe, Doncaster. Very pleased with quality and service. One small problem was quickly rectified and changed. Service on ordering the manufacture and all after sales service from Karen in the sales office was very prompt and efficient.
