I absolutely love the DIRECT APPROACH. Jess from Venatu found my C.V. on an online C.V portal and popped me a direct email regarding a position she had available. The entire process from start to finish was Brilliant in every aspect. Jess was professional, friendly and thorough. Right to live and work checks were completed quickly. The job spec sent through to me was on point and detailed. An interview was set up very quickly. Before my interview Jess sent me through a link to a Venatu Recruitment Group Interview Guide. Being from the older generation, and having attended many interviews, I did not think I needed this, but on reading it was glad it had been sent through as it's never a bad thing to review and remind yourself of pertinent aspects for a successful interview. I must point out that in my entire 30odd year working career no recruitment agency has ever sent me an interview Guide, I was and remain very impressed by this. On the day of my interview, Jess gave me a call and we went over a few of the questions that I could anticipate being asked and my responses. I appreciated this to, again, I have never had a recruitment agency put this much effort into ensuring I had a great interview and stood a much higher change of getting the job. I am happy to say - I GOT THE JOB! So a big Thank you to Jess and Venatu for the professional and thorough way the entire process was handled. I can certainly recommend VENATU as a top notch recruitment agency.

Venatu agency have been amazing. Nicola Mchale one of the recruiters from the agency has been more than helpful. She is always there to answer my questions and help me straight away. I applied for a position advertised under Venatu Recruitment Group via a notification I received from Reed.co.uk and I recieved a call shortly thereafter from Anne-Marie at Venatu. As a person left jobless due to the COVID pandemic, after 7 years of working in a great job...the world of job seeking seemed daunting, I felt reluctant...because the process was tough in years before the job I had prior to September last year, but Anne-Marie not only treated me like a human being (something I didn't feel I was getting from the DWP), but was also extremely helpful when it came to suggesting the right job! The one I applied for originally may not have been the best fit, so she put me forward for another one she had on the books and got me a zoom interview. She also offered to do a mock Zoom Interview to prepare me, which I took the opportunity to do as though I had Zoom-met with my former work colleagues, the interview experience would be a little more formal in a manner of speaking. It helped me immensely and although I was unsuccessful, I got nothing but good feedback from the company doing the interviewing and so have been able to confidently handle myself in other interactions I've had since, which has led to me securing a job once again! Honestly, if not for Anne-Marie treating me like a person and not just a number, I may still be floundering in the job-seeking pool! We have called on Venatu at short notice lately sometimes with just a couple of days notice to assist in our PCV maintenance operations in the far North of Scotland.
