Laurie Smith and Charlotte Lennie are so helpful over the phone and via email and are always happy to answer any questions I have. Laurie always keeps me up to date with available placements and checks in with how I'm getting on. I would happily recommend Pure to a friend.

Pure helped me into a permanent placement a month ago and I had been very impressed by the service provided throughout the whole process. Paul from the Ipswich office was friendly and helpful and couldn't have made the process any easier. Having dealt with recruitment agencies in the past, I had been left with quite a dim view - often sent copious amounts of irrelevant jobs, clearly so the agency can make their placement fees as quickly and easily as possible. This was not the experience with Pure, they took the time to understand what I wanted, but also the level I should be looking at. If I was ever in the position of needing support in my own job-hunting again, Pure would certainly be top of my list to contact.

Pure is one of the few agencies that actually makes an effort to find jobs for people. When I was out of work and applying through many job sites I came across Pure’s advertisement for a job, so I naturally applied. A couple of days later I get a phone call to come in and register with the office and so I did. When I got there I was rather pleased with the office environment in general, staff were friendly, the interior looked great and not like some old office that wasn’t taken care of. And then I spoke with Lizzie, my agency handler to this day. Very friendly and helpful.
