I applied for a role with Barker Ross, for a position in LE4 area, I was given a appointment time and went to see Monica at Barker Ross who assisted me with all the forms and prior to my appointment, Monica told me exactly what I needed to take as ID etc to proceed with my application. I have to say she was very professional from start to finish, got me a starting date at the factory, done my health and safety training with the company that I was assigned to and was shown around the factory and started work straight away. I have been at the company now for 12 weeks and I have now gone on to their books and earned a full time contract. Barker Ross paid me with no issues, i booked a holiday with them no problems at all. The Barker Ross app for seeing your wages etc was very easy to register and see all your personal information regarding your employment whilst with Barker Ross. I can't thank everybody at this employment agency enough and a special thank you has to go to Monica who kept me in the loop with this role from the start. If you work hard and have a good work ethic, Barker Ross will assist in you getting a job and if you work hard, show willing, reliability and team work, the outcome most probably after a certain time will be that the company will employ you on their books, however Barker Ross have to take some credit as they recommend you in the first place. Registered with Barker Ross a little while back. The receptionist at the time, I believe her name was Dominika, was very nice and helpful. She helped me register and said that I’d hear from them soon. They called me back the same day and offered me a job. They even offered to help with transportation. After finishing the induction online I called them back and spoke to Ash who was also very helpful. Having visited them recently I can say that the atmosphere is still lovely and the new receptionist, Dace I think, is very nice.

I'm pleased with the registration and interview process at the Barker Ross. Although I was stressed about the process, the Barker Ross staff was friendly and made sure that I feel welcomed. They provided easy to understand induction that clearly explained what will be expected from me. I hope I won't be disappointed in the future.

Easy and simple online registration system. They usually get back to people really quickly and always have at least some ongoing positions available for immidiate start. You might be asked to wait outside for up to half an hour, but the staff is very helpful and friendly.

Best recruitment agency by far. Props to Sherrie Cobley for getting me a fab admin job within a week of registering at the agency. Absolutely love my job and it suits me perfectly.
