I'm on my second contract with Red Rock, no issues with either. I find the staff very helpful, always answer my calls or texts promptly and I've have no issues with payroll. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is thinking of signing with an agency.

Worked for them for 10 months now and on the whole I have few complaints. Started working two days after the signing up process which was excellent. In the beginning the hours I got were hit and miss, but after 3 weeks or so I got 40 hours a week. Ask to come to Caistor Seafoods if you want a good factory to work in with Red Rock. Holidays were never refused and the staff are only a call or text away. Tatjana (who communicates with the workers) is always very helpful. Ion (My Red Rock supervisor at Caistor Seafoods is fantastic and very friendly and helpful. I can’t speak, however, for what it’s like to work in other factorys for them. Would recommend if you want a job quickly and a supportive agency.

They have great communication, amazing staff and a modern payroll and pension platform with many additional features - would recommend to anyone looking for an easy step into employment.
