I heard wonderful things about Connex Education through a supply teacher at school and I then decided to get in-touch with Mark, he responded instantly and was extremely supportive and helpful. I decided to leave my job and join Connex Education and it has been the best decision I have made. I have only been working with Connex for less than a month and I have had continuous work as a supply Teacher. Mark booked my first job prior to starting which was great! Rachel also offered me Nursery work during the Christmas holidays. Mark is professional and communicates clearly, I can’t thank him enough. I can honestly say Connex Education is amazing!

I worked with Connex during September 2018 and then again for the 2019-20 school year as a supply teacher. My wishes for the types of placements I was looking for were always listened to, and I have now secured employment directly with a school that Connex paired me with last January on a long term placement. My consultant Marc Pollitt has been incredible throughout, both professional but also personable, and it was a pleasure working with him. I also sometimes worked with Jason Patton depending on the job, and he was excellent as well. The schools I was placed in, whether for an afternoon, week or a long term placement, were always good schools where I was treated well, and ones that I would be happy to visit again. I did experience some minor difficulties with pay and Covid related circumstances during the closure of schools. I was dealing with another Connex member who did not know me or my situation with my school personally since Marc was not in the office at that point. However the issues were sorted quickly and I was fully reimbursed, and I do appreciate how difficult a time it was for everybody - especially when juggling so many issues surrounding supply teachers whilst on a skeletal staff. I would definitely recommend Connex for supply teachers, for both day to day and for long term roles. If in the future I decide to return to supply teaching, Connex would be my first choice of company.

Although they don't pay the best they do consistently find me work whenever I ask for it, infact it is very rare for them not to find me a day's work. Unlike other agencies I've signed up for they know who I am when I call, they find me work that I actually want on days I can do and in places I can get to. I have a named member of their team, Jemma Collins, who is the special needs consultant and I deal directly with her. She is great! She totally gets what I want and always finds long term work for me when I want it. I would recommend working for this company as they work hard to get you what you want and they are professional and reliable.

I was only with connex for 5 months but in the short space of time the service was exceptional. I just decided off the bat one day I needed to go back to work after trying the whole stay at home mum thing 🤣 I was directed to Connex and Jemma Collins was assigned to me... she was the one who done my interview and helped me with my paperwork. She made me feel so at ease. Going back to work was quite daunting but Jemma reassured me I could go at my own pace and work round my children which was so important for me. A few weeks later I started working in a school and Jemma was always emailing me to check in on me and if I had any questions she was only a phone call away. At the end of July I was offered a permanent position in the school I was working in so im no longer with connex.
