I've had a very pleasant experience working for Adolphus Group! I started working last June, with some breaks in between as I am at a University in another city. However, when I come back to London, I always ask the agency for work and Razib, since the day I started, has always offered me shifts at the most high-standard hotels. For this reason and for its flexibility I will also be working this summer with them. I would definitely recommend this agency for those wanting to work part-time or for specific periods of time like me.

Very helpful company, providing immediate assistance and showing real interest on the employees concerns. Every time I had a problem, Adolphus Group was there to discuss about it. Even when I had to stop to work for almost a year's period time, due to personal issues, they were glad to accept me back when I was ready to work again, giving me employment the very same day I went back to see them, without any grudge. Great professionalism, politeness and punctual in payments. Finally, excellent training is provided as well as the chance for development, I started to work in a 4 star hotel and gradually I worked in a 5 star hotel in Central London.

The Adolphus Group Agency is ideal as a first experience in London. I have discovered the Banquet Service and to be part of a team in the biggest Hotels of the city. This experience allowed me to improve my English Level and I'm really grateful for that. However, you must know that you will earn the minimum wage rate per hour and you need to pay for the training course; you'll get a certificate, which was very helpful for the rest of my career. The team of the agency is flexible and very understandable, it's definitely a nice place to work.

Ignore unfriendly review below. absolute nonsense! I have had nothing but a great and friendly experience whilst working as a temp for Adolphus Group. I have been part of the training and I have learnt the right way to perform and I have got very good oportunities for that. The training is crucial because the Adolphus Group have high standard clients such as 4 star Deluxe and 5 Star Hotels and everyone needs to be prepared. I have been on their books for a long period of time, and have worked for many of their clients. The staff at Adolphus Group have been very helpful to me and I would recommend them to any one that is looking for work!!
