This agency is the most professional agency I have ever used. Sumaya is amazing. She has great relationships with the law firms she works with and guides candidates through the interview process so they are confident when they have an interview. She will only send you for interviews for positions she thinks you are capable of doing and if she thinks you need to extend part of your cv she will advise you to give you a better chance of getting the role. This is great for when you are applying for other roles. Although Ambition couldn’t help me as I live in Manchester and the roles are mainly in London, her demeanour and great personality make you feel as though you could do any job in the world.

Highly recommend Ambition if you are looking for a new role! Jess, Lara and Ashleigh all helped me find my perfect job. Unlike a lot of recruiters, they actually listened to what I wanted and only presented jobs they knew that my personality and experience would fit. From the start they were very professional and also so warm and approachable. I went on several interviews through Ambition and through-out the whole experience they were in regular contact with me, making sure I was fully prepared etc. I was offered and I accepted a great role and I have been there 3 months now and love it! From last couple of months, I have come across with many recruitment agencies and the recruiters and haven’t had a joyful experience in terms of job search or beyond I.e dealing/relationship with the actual recruiters. There is a race going on in the recruitment agencies everyone wants to have more more candidates and Cv’s to send out, but the actual quality of relationship is missing between a candidate and the recruiter. But at Ambition the whole team is very professional. I have been with Ambition for a long time and I never had any bad experience at all. They understand the candidate situation and help them accordingly to find a suitable job.Very professional. It’s not one of those recruitment agencies who contact you 1 or 2 times and never contact you again. Ambition is not one them they keep in touch with until you find your perfect job. I would like to thank the whole team of Ambition especially Olivia Kelly/Michelle Allen/Lara Mitchard. Thanks for your help and also keep it up with your hard work.

I would highly recommend Ambition and especially Niala who was fantastic throughout the whole process who worked closely with me in finding me a new role. From someone who was struggling to get passed first stage interviews. Niala really helped me to overcome this and prepped me in the best possible way to structure my interviews to a point where I was reaching final stage interviews and eventually successful. I have used a number of recruitment agencies to find new roles and can honestly say most of them couldn’t care less or even make the effort to contact you again if you were unsuccessful. However this was not the case with Niala, who was as determined as me (if not more) in finding me the right role at a great company. The service was very professional and very welcoming with a friendly and warmth approach. Throughout the whole process I had regular contact from the agency. Even now a month into my new role I am in contact with the agency who check up to see how I’m getting on etc. The reassurance is second to none and they really go the extra mile for their candidates. I have been looking for work for last 6 months and been to various recruitment agency and I normally don't write reviews on things, but I have to say Ambition and epecially Lara Mitchard are Honest, Proffessional and Integral if you are looking for a good recruiter. I mess up not realising I already applied for a Job on LinkedIn but Lara still took time and gave me a call (after interviewing me the previous day) and wish me luck anyway.
