Axcis education tick all the boxes as highly professional very responsive, good values and quality work. I’ve been with them 2 years now and wouldn’t leave as they have always provided me with quality job roles, I transferred to East London sides and have been in the care of Kira Alani who has gone above and beyond to make sure that I have constant work but the role that I want and will be happy in long term. Kira is very efficient and will keep you updated in advance with any changes happening related to the work, she has taken the time to listen to my concerns and boosted my self esteem when needing reassurance on my work experience and long term goals. I have been with Axcis since October 2020, having temporarily relocated to London for a few months. As soon as I had completed registration with them, which Kira Alani took care of, I found myself working in a long term role. In almost no time Kira helped me to secure an interview and I started working immediately after. Axcis were great in allowing me to kickstart my career as a support worker, and the placements were lovely. However, if you're looking to pay the bills, do not view this as any kind of consistent employment. Communication is terrible, I was told numerous times of placements wanting to start work the next day, told I will hear before 5pm, only to hear nothing, have to chase it up and be told I will hear by 5pm the next day - rinse and repeat. You will have basically 0 rights as an employee, I was told during lockdowns that furlough schemes weren't an option and was advised to apply for universal credit. You'll get a lot more out of other agencies or full time employment.

So far, I am happy working with Axcis Education. It is very important for me to work locally and I have been able to work in some great schools not too far from home. Driving to the school I am currently working with takes about 20-25 minutes. Not bad! My current consultant, Sorcha Gavin, is also great and responds promptly to my messages.

I started working with AXCIS Education at the end of last year and so far the experience has been great. Once i became committed to work, there service and commitment to help me find a job was excellent. Camelia Meade has been so great. She always makes sure she contacts me when there are jobs available and when there is , she gives a detail description on job role. Her communication skills are excellent.

My consultant Camelia Meade has been amazing, she is never too busy to talk to me and if she is not in office she will return my calls or respond to my email as soon as she returns to office. I feel valued as a staff and as a person. My wages are on time because Camelia takes time out to pass on my timesheet to payroll and I really appreciate it. She is good at her job and goes the extra mile. Camelia is an outstanding consultant, she is good at her job and she is a people person, always willing to help. Joined Axis and worked with them for nearly 2 years, with a member of staff by the name of Sorcha Gavin. Incredible lady to have. Sorcha, along with Axis made working easy and accessible. They cared and catered to things i didn't even expect. My age, my mental health, my transport arrangements etc. I believe i was 19 when i first started working for them, but the way i was treated as an employee and the flexibilty that Sorcha provided made work way less daunting than it should've been. I would, and most probably will, contact Sorcha and Axis to work with them again.

Staff there is friendly and respectful on the phone, helpful with queeries and problems, Timesheet issues etc. (Big thanks to Stacey in payroll !:) Andrew Murphy has been my consultant since 2017 and has set me up with some awesome jobs. He will always answer my emails quickly and keeps me in the loop, which is reassuring and helps, as agency work can be unsettling and uncertain. Improvement suggestion to Axcis: Please inform on daily call outs about school, is it special needs or not eg., if there is personal assistence needed etc. and pay rate if possible.

Fantastic agency to work for as a consultant - After a very long career with another agency I had really fallen out of love with recruitment but joining Axcis made me realise that there are good agencies out there! They have a really supportive management team who set realistic and achievable targets as well as being happy to join in on sales activity so they have a good understanding of what is happening 'out in the field.' Am happy working with Axcis. They were able to get me into a job very quickly and on half term and school breaks, they got me something else which paid me about the same as my regular job. So I have been able to meet my financial needs. Andrew Murhpy, the Business Development Leader has also been very helpful in getting all my issues addressed. If I have a query, I send him an email and makes sure the issue is sorted. Sade Akintola has also been very helpful to me in making sure I am ok with my role. I can also contact her for help and advice.

I have been working with Axcis since December 2017, a friend of mine recommended them and being the first ever agency I joined, I am pleased with their service. They try their hardest to meet your needs. My consultant Louise Linehan is very friendly and hard working, she is always there for me if work gets hard or if there are any issues to solve. I also love how there is good communication skills between team members which means there's very little room for errors (eg.timesheets, placements,etc) . Pay rates are good too! Only down side is administration fees are high for umbrella companies.

About 18 months ago I attached my CV on a job site , I was contacted by 3 different agencies , including Axcis Education, a guy called Blake asked me to come into the office to meet with him over possible job roles and since then I have never been out of work , Axcis Education and Blake have always been true to their word , highly professional and reliable. The other agencies I can quite honestly say the complete opposite and on many occasions complete waste my time , which to me is very valuable , I would recommend Axcis Education and Blake to anyone.

I have had great help and clear instructions from them. Very helpful,kind and considerate,unsderstanding too! I like to say well done SIMI PADDA for al your help in placing me on a short term role but you have made it very easy to do and understanding of starting work again after a while of not working andd being out the world of work due in part to Covid.Really thank full to you all,so much better than how I have been treated by some other agencies!!!
