I’ve had a brilliant experience as an applicant for a position recruited by BAME Recruitment, thanks to the wonderful work of Jo Durham and Emmanuel Crosser. They have been supportive, caring and communicative through the process of me applying for a job, working through the interviews and after accepting the position - normally a process that can be quite anxiety-inducing, but Jo and Emmanuel were so helpful and really made the process as smooth as possible!
