I was introduced to Amanda at Berry Recruitment through one of my family friends who she had helped gain full time employment, within a very short space of time. Since working for Amanda at Berry, she has always supported and aided me in any positions she has put me in and there's been a lot as I am very fussy and hard to please and she never fails to make me happy as she cares about me and not the position that she's out me in. Amanda will always go that "extra yard" to make sure her employees are happy in their job post and if not will move mountains untill you are happy in your preferred post, she has not and will not ever leave you hanging on not knowing where you stand in any of the positions she places you in. Amanda will never place you anyway that does not have the prospect of gaining fulll time employment, it's just upto you whether you want to be in that placement full time or not and if not she will find you something else within a very short space of time. She doesn't lie or trick you into anything and always puts her employees needs first, whatever those needs maybe like for example; *medical appointments *children and issues with their schooling or their health *etc. I've never had any issues with my pay, I always receive it on time and is always the correct amount. All in all I would recommend working for Amanda at Berry Recruitment to anyone that I come across in my day to day life, as I feel she is a wonderful person to work for with a huge heart and again that shows in how she communicates with employers/clients and employees and how she will not stop untill you are happy in your preferred "perfect placement". Finally I would say to say a BIG THANK YOU to Amanda and other staff at Berry Recruitment for all the help they have given me, as if it wasn't for them I would not be where I am today and just for the record...
