I am a freelance construction site manager, working with build space on various contracts. Build space have been a pleasure to work with, finding me work on various projects and ensuring I am getting what I am worth for each different role. The recruitment team have kept me in the loop with various roles and have worked diligently to find a role that is suitable too. The finance department have also given me advice where required and where, due to covid, things hadn't been setup on my side, they have worked around this and ensured I could still get paid.
