Excellent agency that help place education staff into roles. A special commendation to Tom Andrews: by far the best agent I have come across. Extremely honest, straightforward and reliable. Communication is extremely effective and he wants to help you find a role you are happy with, not just because it is a job. I have never joined an agency until about 2 months ago. Educate Staffing is the only agency I have ever joined. Katie is a great agent, spoke to her and was given a job the next day and still working at the same place, the agency are very much professional and always responsive.

I've worked with them on and off for several years now. I found them friendly and they listened and put me in jobs suited to me I was never without work unless I wanted to be. Most of these jobs were in areas that I requested and the pay wasn't to bad either.

An overall positive experience, followed up by senior management when there was a change in staff. Frequent communication, easy to reach. Also quite supportive during the lockdown when it was nearly impossible to get work in schools.
