Excel Recruitment have been sublime in their commitment to get their candidates hired for job opportunities. Not only are they warm and friendly, but they don't push you into positions you don't want to apply for compared to other recruitment agencies. From my knowledge so far they are the only agency I know that conduct interview practice for the candidate, good questions to ask the interviewer and information about the company being applied for. I didn't get a job through them, but they made my interview research and interview skills better, and in addition they recommend workshops that improve your CV! Even if you didn't make the cut for a job their commitment to get you feedback is brilliant and it's great especially for candidates looking to improve after being rejected. Basically in short, they're like the Mother Theresa of recruitment. And finally... Shout out to Briony, the absolute Boss of the pack.

Excellent group of friendly people. I always felt supported, encouraged and even when I ended up getting a job through another agency they still seemed genuinely pleased for me. I think a lot of these rather vindictive 1* reviews are people who either don't understand how recruitment works or are taking their frustrations about a lack of job search success in a semi-anonymous review. Having been registered with quite a few recruitment agencies in London, what makes Excel stand out from the rest is their commitment to a candidate. They operate as a close knit organisation and ensure they do their best to find whomever they have registered work, as opposed to a lot of agencies whom just register as many candidates as possible, and barely stay in touch. Excel will very likely find you work if you are registered with them. Highly recommended.
