This was the best experience I have had with a recruiter. Edith never pressured me into looking at roles I wasn't interested in and was happy to find something that was exactly what I was looking for. She was very invested in finding me the right next step for my career snd I had her full support along the way. It was a pleasure dealing with Freshminds at every stage. The team are proactive, responsive and measured in setting expectations. They balance clients and candidates very well, having separate teams to liaise with both which makes a big difference to other recruitment firms. They are very efficient, I was placed within a week.
