Honestly the best agency to work with. Gavin is so kind and caring, always has work ready on my days off. Agency who doesn’t hassle with paperwork, he keeps it simple and not overwhelming. As a deputy head, I have worked with many agencies over the years and I cannot recommend Gain Education highly enough! Trying to secure high quality candidates for casual daily cover at short notice or for longer term posts is difficult enough at the best of times but in recent months it has been near impossible. Gavin has consistently gone above and beyond to meet any request I’ve thrown his way l! Every member of staff he has sent to us has been nothing but professional and hard-working, quickly establishing positive relationships with both children and staff. Gavin has an excellent understanding of the pressures on schools and does whatever he can to alleviate them, not least by refraining from sending a barrage of emails, hammering us with constant calls asking if we have any need for cover, and has also been contactable virtually 24/7. Given the recent Covid staffing crisis in schools, one of the things I have appreciated most is Gavin’s honesty - no false promises, accurate information about the calibre of staff he is sending us and a flexibility in bookings when it has been difficult to judge how long cover will be needed for. He is always a pleasure to speak to and really does listen out for what is going to make your life easier at school. Thank you so much - Gain Education is most definitely second to none!
