During Covid 19 Jasper always kept me up to date with changes in guidance and policies which was really useful during a stressful time.

R. H.I'm quite surprised to read some of the 1 star reviews... I have recently joined Globe and have done three shifts so far, my personal consultant Patricia is fantastic as well as when I've phoned up and spoken to payroll (when sorting out my umbrella company) on both times, the customer service was great and my questions were answered/actioned. No issues or complaints from me. All I can think from the poor reviews, is that people are expecting the wrong/unrealistic outcomes or don't get their way, so take it out on Globe.

N. W.Globe Locums service has definately gotten poor over the years. Poor reponse rate to emails and calls. I have been with them for years and sad to say I will be moving elsewhere.
