Great Attention to Detail A truly professional IT recruitment agency, being a contractor from India I have used several recruitment agencies in London over the last decade and always found them to be professional, but the attention to detail and support HW Select had provided was a breath of fresh air. Elliot is truly professional and great at his job. Really attentive and takes time to get to know the person who is searching to make sure he or she is the one for the job. He helped me get the job and through several calls, he helped me prepare for the interview and after that he made sure I was ok and that everything was smooth and on time. He made sure I was informed regardless of the time and day (he called me on Saturday and Sunday just to make me calmer when the company I was applying, replied to him and then he relayed the message). I would highly recommend him to other companies or to people who look for a job!

I could just say how professional and helpful Elliot and Alex have been, but I prefer to highlight they have been able to understand what their client was looking for, going beyond the plain job spec.
