Impact Teachers is a fantastic teaching agency to be a part of! I have been with Impact for 3 years now and from the very beginning, my consultant Alex was incredibly helpful in getting me set up to work and live in the UK. The team is always willing to help with any questions, concerns or requests you may have, and they really go above and beyond to make sure that you are getting the best possible treatment while you are teaching over here. I recently messaged Alice at Impact with a query, and she was able to quickly provide me with the best solution. I couldn't recommend them enough!

Have worked as a teacher as part of Impact for several years now and they are fantastic. Have found me some lovely schools to work in and are very attentive to the type of work I wish to do in the education sphere. Through Impact I have worked in many different education levels, from Primary, Secondary to SEN and they have always tried their hardest to find me institutions that suit what I am looking for. I loved working with Impact. When I first arrived I was with another company and they were good but impact seemed more personal and I felt that they were actually looking out for me not just sending me to any old school. I signed up with Impact teachers around a month ago after being unsuccessful with other agencies in London. I'm a qualified Primary Teacher however I continued to be sent to schools that weren't right for me or not what I was looking for. I could have never moved to the UK without Mary and Ashley from Impact. Ashley met me in Canada and helped me through every single step of the process of moving over and getting a job lined up. I worked as a teacher through Impact for 2 1/2 years and I thought they were very good! They recommended to me by friends from teachers college and were very helpful. Ashley was my consultant while I was still in Ontario and she provided excellent communication and help in spite of the time difference. She made everything very clear, lined up Skype interviews, and negotiated a fair wage. I met her in person once I moved to London and she conducted a great orientation as well! Once I started working, Nathan was my consultant and he was also very helpful. The only issues I had were with my school forgetting to confirm my timesheets (which isn't Impact's fault). Nathan always made sure to contact the school and remind them so confirm so that I would be paid. All in all, if you are interested in teaching abroad, I think Impact is one of the good agencies to work through!

They are best agency I have ever worked for. I'm a NQT. I finished my degree last summer and I registered with three agencies in London. Two of them only gave work as a TA - they said I needed more experience before I could work as a teacher. However most of the time they sent me to SEN schools, which were lovely but would not help me to earn more experience as a mainstream primary school teacher. Then I registered with Impact. The process took about two weeks while they checked my references. Once they that, they sent me to work as a teacher straight away. I did daily supply and short-term supply for about two months. Afterwards, I told the agency I felt ready for a long-time assignment. The next week they sent me a contract for three weeks; by the end of the third week, the school was so happy with me that they asked me to stay with them until the summer. Even though next year I hope to be hired directly by a school so I can do my induction year, singing in with Impact Teachers in one of the best decisions I have ever made. They have helped a lot. Every time I had a doubt or I was lacking confidence, I would call them and they would explain anything to me very kindly. Unlike other agencies, I feel they are honestly invested on making your life easier. I’m very thankful for everything they have done for me, and I could not recommend them more.
