Few years ago when I came to London one of my friends told me about this agency and I went there for my first job interview in the City. The staff was very friendly and I felt comfortable even if I was nervous. I began working immediately and I was pleased with the hours and venues I went to. As with all the agencies across London which are looking for hard working, polite and enthusiastic people, the attitude that you have during the interview and later while working is crucial. I was surprised to read that someone had a bad experience with the office people, since I know them for quite a while. Moreover, I sent many of my friends there and none of them complained. They are professional, passionate about what are doing and take care of the staff. So I will definitely recommend LTR, as one of the best agencies in London. Even now, after a long time I still keep in touch with the office team and I consider them my friends.

When I started working at Learn Train Recruit I was a real newbie when it came to a lot of things. I had just became independent and needed to apply for my first real job ever. Personally, I do not think I could have had a better first experience than here. The staff in the office attentively listened to what I had to say and quickly made me go to work at different places, as it is a recruitment agency where you get sent to different places depending on where you are needed. The people in the office were serious about their work, but you could also talk to them casually if needed, which felt relieving. The other staff working together with you on the field were also always nice and helpful. I thought it felt like being in a family with many siblings and the office people being your gaurdians! From my experience here I thought it had a wonderful atmosphere. If you are looking for a first employment, I can absolutely recommend Learn Train Recruit. You will gain a lot of experience, make new contacts and maybe even make some friends. I, for myself, had a great time here!

I've worked for LTR since August 2017, and now after all that time I can easily say it's best agency I've ever worked for. Nice and helpful staff. I've let them down not showing up for many shifts last year, but they gave me second chance, so finally I found my place in London. In result I've signed today contract with one of most popular hotels in London. No problems with payments over the time I've worked for them. To be honest - one situation, caused by IT problems but amendment has been done straight away. I can recommend to everyone. Thank you LTR. Thank you Chris.

I had the pleasure of being part of LTR's team for 8 months during my first year of university (had to leave since I moved out of London). Once I arrived in London, I applied to different jobs and places, but LTR was the first one to call me within a few hours. I was a stranger to recruitment agencies for events - hence, I was very doubtful about the job. What a mistake I'd have made had I turned them down! Learn Train Recruit is not the standard employer and their jobs are not either. Firstly, their team is composed of a few extremely dedicated and caring staff that I would soon consider friends after starting my job. I worked at more than 20 venues around London - I even celebrated New Year's Eve working for LTR in central London and I had a blast. The people who work for the agency are hard-working individuals that come from all over the world; some work over 50 hours / week, some would do it part-time. However, what made the job special for me was the hundreds of colleagues that I met. I made great friendships while working for LTR, and also had access to events that I would have otherwise not (eg.: Boat Balls, World Championship Events, Fashion Presentations, Private Corporate Events, Weddings etc.) The recruitment process is straight-forward, but I believe that is because they count a lot on the feedback they receive from the events where staff attend. It might seem easy to get the job, but you must be consistent with your attitude at work while you attend the different events as LTR's clients offer feedback on your work. As with any job, there are high and lows. I am not a person who says 'No' easily, so getting a phone last minute to be asked if I wanted a shift was not my favourite phone call. However, I soon understood that this is a dynamic job, and such situations occur in hospitality. Plus, LTR staff were understanding and open minded. Finally, I highly recommend you giving LTR a shot. You will get the money you need, make lifelong relations, enjoy yourself while on the job and get the work experience you need for the future. It's been a pleasure, LTR.
