Emma and Amanda were very proactive in landing me interviews in roles that suited me perfectly, eventually getting me an interview for a job that suits me perfectly which I successfully interviewed for.
The professionalism and proactiveness was very helpful and I am very grateful.

B. L.I was supported by Next Employment when trying to find a permanent job in London this year. I liaised all the time with Lucy, who is very lovely, helpful & friendly! Lucy helped me perfect my CV, and before each interview I had Lucy met with me and helped me prepare and speak through things which really made me feel at ease before my interview. Lucy set me up various interviews and spoke to the companies for me, arranging dates and times. I ended up securing a job role in a wonderful company where I am enjoying being part of such a lovely team! Lucy was brilliant and a great support throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a full time job! O.I have been trying to find a job for a while and have used a number of recruiters (the majority of which really treated me as a number and kept trying to put me forward for jobs I had already expressed I wasn’t interested in). At Next Employment they really listen to what you want from a job and take into account your strengths to help you find the perfect role. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and concentrated on that - no time wasting. When the perfect job came up, it was clear she also knew her client really well and made sure I understood the culture and the team dynamics within the organisation I was interviewing for. Amanda was supportive all the way. The team were also responsive to calls and emails and never left me hanging, waiting for an answer, unlike many recruitment agencies.
M. W.I've really enjoyed my experience with Bronte, Max, Jill, Sue, generally the whole team! From my first meeting with them [very recently] I was put at ease and I find them to be a very focused TEAM - with that emphasis! They listened to and advised me - I feel they care. When I call they're friendly and efficient and I always receive a response. Temping for them has also been great. For me, they ARE THE BEST!

A. V.Whilst at school and university Next placed me in a variety of temporary roles in the West End and the City to earn some money and gain some experience. The consultants were always very helpful and proactive and take a very personal approach to recruitment which I think is sometimes lacking in the bigger companies! When I left university they placed me permanently in my current role. I've always had a positive experience and would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a temporary or permanent role!
