NonStop Recruitment was my first experience of a recruitment company and it has far outclassed my expectations. Many people look at the recruitment industry and hear the stories of commission-heavy jobs and young environments, having started here just over 2 years ago I can honestly say that my own experience has been fantastic. Since I started at NonStop, I had my training in the Czech Republic and then I moved to London. Now I work in our Canary Wharf office and have a fantastic view of the city. The training itself took me through the stages of recruitment in a methodical manner and at my own pace of learning, which was really helpful as I was able to get promoted and move back to London within 6 months. Now I'm just past the 2 year mark and a Team Leader here, recruiting for my own team. Career development is exceptionally fast here. What really sets NonStop apart though, is the fact that the company cares about its employees. When I was a junior consultant, many of us wanted to move offices and have a way of doing it without relying on sales, and the company put a new structure in place. More recently, a survey was taken and many people said they wanted to live in Prague to start their careers with NonStop, so the company moved the training programme. Lastly, the commission structure. It is hands down the best structure in the industry. At the lowest bracket, I earn 20% commission rates and this goes up to 40% uncapped. Trust me, no other company even comes close!

Great Company - been there 2.5 years - as ever in recruitment, it requires hard work but it is great to do this in a positive atmosphere/environment and the rewards are well worth it. Great commission structure, ability to travel in between offices, great summer and Christmas parties and I have truly made some friends for life. A lot of improvements in the last year as a result of growth in the business in terms of management reward structures, training etc. Need I say more....?

Within this time frame I have been promoted 3 times and frequently get to travel to our other offices across Europe. The training programme gives you all the tools you need to succeed and the staff are religiously helpful and supportive, irrespective of seniority. I worked at NonStop recruitment heading the MSL (Medical Science Liaison) recruitment in the UK since 2014.
