J. P.This is very vibrant teaching agency. They are very straight forward agency, serious, reliable. The recruitment process still needs improvement as they lots of young people and you can be in a situation where you as a candidate can have so much experience and the recruiter is extremely young, or unable to read your CV in detail. This is the usual 10 seconds software user and commission orientated attitude. There other issue with prospero can be payments as they use external companies. It means that of you want to take work from prospero, you also need to go under the umbrella company and it will cost you money and you pay for the service. We found this particular process efficient for the business but extremely unfair and almost falling into the category of modern slavery. Do we recommend the agency? YES! It a vibrant environment and hopefully you will get a job with them.
