I have worked with Randstad for years and they have been fantastic to my development as a teaching Assistant/nursery nurse. As a supply teaching assistant and nursery nurse, Randstad has provided me with regular postings in schools that are reasonably within the distance I have specified in my application. There was regular contact by phone and e-mails of possible assignments. The staff have always been friendly, accommodating and have replied to my queries as soon as possible. Randstad is a fantastic place to work where all the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, particularly my consultant Dalbir. She has been excellent through my time with Randstad and has been an honest, friendly and professional and has ensured a good amount of work for me.Randstad have been very flexible working along with my availability. The company have excellent standards of professionalism and services, whether I was on a long-term, short-term or permanent post. Randstad has something catered for all and has changed my life for the better. I am always will be incredibly grateful. Randstad provided me with a fantastic experience!

I only signed up with Randstad towards the end of Nov 19 and a week later got a role in a school to cover a person who left unexpectedly. I had been trying to get a role in a school for a while and thought it would never happen! The school, the kids and the staff are lovely. The ladies who helped me at Randstad, Marcelle and Gaynor we’re so welcoming and have been on the end of the phone/email when I need them. Really great ladies, I couldn’t be happier 😁

Working with Rob at Randstad has been great. Rob understands what my preferences are and he makes sure I am happy with the work that is given to me. I can call him and he listens if I can not work on particular days for personal reasons and adjusts my working days for me. Always gives me opportunities to work at different places and learn new experiences. He makes sure I am happy with the work assigned to me. If I have any problems I know I can call him and he will help me work through them. I look forward to continue working with Rob and Randstad in the future.
