My first impression of Teniola was that she had read and understood my CV. My second impression was that she wasn't like any recuitment agent that I had interacted with before! Almost every recruitment agent had tried to push me in to roles that were way off my skillset, obviously just wanted to fill a role. Teniola took the time to have an initial Zoom conversation with me. She was very kind and understanding and before my interviews would always call & talk through what the questions would be. She undoubtably believed in my abilities more than I did myself! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Teniola, she is really great at what she does.. which is not just 'shoving someone in to a job', but finding a role that suits the candidate & then really encouraging them to go for it!
