A. J.Excellent service so far. The team are extremely friendly and helpful. The staff I spoke to were mostly qualified teachers themselves so could relate which was nice. Also, they seem to really care about your needs and trying to keep you in the profession in a more flexible manner. They cater everything around you which is excellent. Surprised there aren't more supply teachers to be honest but i can see the pros and cons to both supply and permeant placements. Look forward to working with these guys!

They build a working relationship with the clients, getting to know what you want and do their best to deliver. Having covered many schools since I started working as a cover teacher I tend to meet other cover teachers working for a variety of agencies, but they always seem to express satisfaction with this agency. This past few months have been very difficult for us all but Steps teachers showed their loyalty to their cover teachers, ensuring we were furloughed up to September, and are putting plans into action for September. No easy task as the schools are not sure themselves what is happening then. I would definitely recommend Steps teachers.
