Coming from a completely different background to recruitment and not being originally from London, I anticipated that finding a recruitment company that was in line with what i was looking for could be difficult whilst juggling a Masters degree and a job. However, Chloe Knapper honestly made the process so much easier with how personable, transparent and helpful she is. I remember the first time I spoke to her on the phone she really made me feel at ease and basically had a long informal chat (something which I will most definitely be doing in my new role and probably did too much with Chloe!). We met up the next day to discuss in more depth about what I was looking for and within 24 hours she provided me with a range of companies who would be keen to see me face to face! Chloe provided me with a really good insight into all of the companies prior to arranging any form of interviews which was really helpful, but I think the best feature about my experience with Chloe was the quality of the interview preparation. I would spend at least half an hour doing a practice run of questions and she would help me develop my answers if necessary. This boosted my confidence loads because I would go into an interview knowing what I needed to do to 'smash it'. Not only is Chloe incredibly quick and on the ball, no question ever seems too silly either. She is always available whether it be 7pm on a Friday evening or half 7 on a Monday morning and to me, that really displayed that she cared. My experience with Chloe was second to none and she felt like a friend throughout the whole process. She is an asset to SW6 and I would recommend her to anyone considering recruitment!
