I have been working for Teacher Active for more than 2 years now. It's a great organisation to work for and have even got both my parents to join. The consultants, especially Jai Bance are helpful, friendly and professional at all times. I have gained valuable experience across various schools from primary to secondary schools, and they have recently placed me on a long term contract at Stratford School. They also try very hard to find you work, so if you're flexible with your travelling and with whom you're able to work, you'll find work almost everyday. I've loved my experience working with Jai at teacher active.As soon as I had sent all of my info through, I was in a placement the next week. I was contracted 8 weeks at a school for 3 days of the week. On the other days Jai has been able to get me other positions working in differnt schools. They're a great company and really ake you feel like youre one of them. I can see they care and do well to put you in schools that will suit you. I have not got one bad thing to say about the company and espcially Jai. I've worked with many agencys and had more work in this one than the rest of my other agencies combined.

Yes, Yes Yes...Joining TeacherActive, was a last chance for me as, I already was in a low place from beareavement and trying to find work became a task with previous agencies taking all my details for their systems and then never hearing from them again was my disappointment.... By the time TeacherActive contacted me, I said to myself, this was the last straw, listening to agency taboo. However under the careful convo to reconsidering my thoughts, I decided to meet up with Jai and that's when he assured me, that he would do his very best to getting good quality work to start me off and, I felt I was being treated as his most important client. I didn't know what to expect at first, as agents do talk and don't deliver...but Jai was different...he had his own strategies in mind getting me up and ready every morning for his phone-call and sent me off to work. I have only been with this company since April they have offered me two definite roles and I am impressed to date. The staff such as Suzy and Jaime are friendly and the central London office is very accessible. All the pay slips are done electronically by them which spares you the hassle of having to get payslips signed by the temporary employer. I have recommended the agency to others because they are good at finding people work and would recommend for others to give them a try.
