Been with Tempest for around 3 weeks now and so far have had no problems. Been dealing with Summer who is very easy to get on with and has helped me with setting up and got me into a job very quickly. Definitely recommend this service.

I registered with Tempest after 3yrs out of work (raising a family). I was looking for a Teaching Assistant role (to ease myself in) close to home (not more than 20 to 25mins on the bus). I didn't fancy SEN TA roles. I had such specific needs which I needed to fit the role to my family situation. The team (especially Billy Jackson and Luke) were very attentive and even when they called me several times with different roles on offer, and I said no, they didn't stop. In the end, I was found a school close to home, good pay and follow up was impressive. Thank you to the primary team at Tempest. I would definitely recommend this agency to anyone looking for work. Although, it can be an issue at times if Sebastian is not around.The agency rewards it's candidates for their hard work with a networking evening at a nice venue with free food and drinks twice a year.
