G. A.I have been working with TFS as a part time agency nurse for over 3 years. My recruitment process was quick and the experience I have had with them is better than all other nurse agency I have ever worked for.
I only have TFS as my main nurse agency and I am comfortable with them. I think the reason is to do with my Consultant Alex Taylor she is fantastic very approachable and cares about her client. She is transparent and trustworthy to have as a consultant. Her communication skills with her client is second to none.
Even if I did contact her about my availability she will make sure that she communicate and if there are any new openings for job vacancy she liaise with you and discuss the job vacancy with you. She makes sure that even if she is going on holiday she will send an email or a text so she can have your long term availability and make sure you are prioritize in getting shifts. I so worry now if she goes on maternity what will happen. Although she has assure me but ........
TFS organised a research groups in their London office discussed about branding, marketing and customer service with their client and paid all the attendees cash on the day that's incredible. This is to show that the agency has their staff at heart and wants to carry them along.
