Along with the APSCo surveys, the virtual International Forum has helped me ‘test’ a number of our working assumptions in regard to planning for the return to the office and how business looks after lockdown. It’s another good example of how APSCo has helped us think through what the new world may look like. Far and above the best provider of services to the Industry. Services range from their legal helpline through to lobbing on behalf of the industry . They always have a proactive approach and are exceptional at communicating updates out to members.
Recruitment is largely unregulated in the UK and APSCo go a long way to assisting best practice within the industry, whilst also being highly aware of the individual members business interests as well. They balance this as perfectly as anybody could.
I have experience in finding their rivals in this space only interested in getting their annual membership fees and showing very little signs of doing any actual confirmation of best practice amongst its members. With APSCo they have to complete an Audit of candidates and clients for you to become a member. Showing a genuine approach to maintaining a good reputation for the industry and its members.
