In a nutshell, Matt Dawson is an absolutely fantastic Recruiter I worked with Matt during the recruitment process for my latest role. His professionalism, preparation and work ethic are second to none. From a candidate perspective, he set the right expectations every step of the way and ensured he took the additional time out to help me prepare for each step of the process to increase the chance of success. Crucially, Matt knew when it was appropriate to push me, and when to stand back - which I would say is his biggest differentiator as a recruitment professional. I've worked with many recruiters who have been very pushy, whereas Matt trusted that he had done the right things throughout the process to ensure I came to the right decision for me. After which, we celebrated together over a beer in person, which was a nice touch Matt would be a fantastic addition to any team, whether in recruitment or Sales, and has an incredibly bright future

She has been very helpful, patient and also answered any questions that I had about the position, in a timely manner. She always went above and beyond to make me feel at ease as the recruitment process as we all know can be stressful but because of Amy, I have managed to secure a job offer with the company that not only is a great company to work for but matches my skill sets to a t. I would give 15 stars to Amy and the team but sadly Google only allows 5.
