I have been signed up with Tiger Recruitment for a couple of years now and I wish I could give them more than 5 stars for the service they provide! I’ve always been so happy there and whenever a friend of mine is looking for admin work, I refer them to Tiger. Unlike many other recruitment agency, you won’t just be forgotten after you’ve signed up; they care enough to keep looking for suitable jobs for you and they regularly call you up to touch base. I’m currently working as an ongoing temp on a part time basis which is amazing to fit around my studies! Yasmin from Tiger managed to swing me this role and through the entire process, she’s been amazing! I’m really happy with Tiger and would definitely use them and Yasmin again - couldn’t recommend more

Coming back from Maternity Leave is never easy, particularly when you’ve decided to look for a new role, and COVID times make it even more difficult by providing an overwhelming pool of talented EA’s all searching and applying for the same positions. It was so refreshing to have a recruiter take the time to get to know me (sincerely and not because they have to), be honest with me on what my expectations were Vs what the reality was, and even more refreshing to hear “you shouldn’t have to compromise, we’ll find something for you”, though I knew I may be in for a long wait! I’d never dreamed back in May when I first spoke to you mid pandemic that by July we’d have an offer on the table.
