Having worked at UCM Education for just over a year now, I can wholeheartedly say that it is so refreshing to join a motivated team who invest so heavily into staff development. Senior Consultants and Directors alike, set time aside to mentor consultants and aid their progression. The nurturing ethos also carries to the genuine, long term relationships built with both Candidates and Schools. Recruitment can sometimes be a demanding industry but the well-being incentives in place certainly ease the pressure - We have the opportunity to experience fine dining with the Directors, get treated to Surprise Gift Boxes and have access to use a Gym and Spa in Mayfair! I'm looking forward to the years to come as UCM Education grows from strength to strength :)
