I was very satisfied with my advisor Thomas C. He was extremely patient with my questions and demonstrated a genuine willingness to provide assistance on finding the right product for my needs. I have thus happily subscribed to a life insurance policy that had a lower price point than what had previously been offered to me by a previous company, and for a higher paying amount for my beneficiary, so I couldn't be more satisfied. I dealt with Izaak Johnson who did an excellent job on my behalf. He got me the same level of cover but saved me over £200 a month on my monthly health insurance premium. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and hugely flexible and patient. I ended up leaving it three or four months before switching providers whilst I saw out some old claims - and Izaak patiently made a note to check in with me and always followed through. Top notch so far.

Tom is highly professional, knowledgeable, thorough and friendly and he makes a complex process extremely easy and efficient. Choosing private health care is extremely important, and Tom has made the whole thing easy and hassle-free, even when I forgot to put my direct debit details on the application form (senior moment!). What is also important is that Tom isn't a "salesman". He is a sales professional (big difference!) and I wouldn't hesitate to consult him again. Excellent.
