I worked for Vision for 2 years in 2018 and 2019, mostly with consultant Paul Levene who was an absolute pleasure to work with! A friendly voice who always got me work at schools I enjoyed. Paul managed to get me work regularly at a great school where I made friendships that last to this day. Thanks to Vision I had a wonderful experience teaching in London :)

I have been given work assignments suited to my needs and timings all the time and I am given the freedom to choose if I want to work or not in certain schools. Amazing and very supportive consultants at Vision Teaching . The staff of the schools that they support are very friendly and the management of these schools speaks very highly of the agency. My consultant, Alan, has been a really good support in 2020, during the pandemic. He was always available whenever I had concerns about a placement. EXCELLENT SERVICE - SO FAR ABOVE AND BEYOND THE "AVERAGE" TEACHING AGENT... Since my recent return to the UK after 11 years, various teaching agencies contacted me. Paul, however, was just different. This is a person who walks the extra mile for his clients (and then some). No questions were off limits, his communication is excellent and I can earnestly say that I would not nearly be as informed and assured if it wasn't for his dedication. Paul had spent hours on the phone with me, guiding and helping me. I’ve been with Vision for about 4+years. All consultants are upbeat - especially the Adams! They keep me busy with daily supply TA work and do their best to place me in schools not too far to travel. They appreciate it if you do accept the odd booking a bit further away and/or at short notice! Pay is towards the upper level for daily supply. They were quick to look into furlough during lockdown which was really appreciated. I’d recommend them.

Vision Teaching is the agency that I decided to go with because they had the best to offer. Throughout my transition and preparing to make the move to London, I was always in contact with Marianne who helped with all the documents I needed as well as informing of what I needed to make the transition easier. I was happy to hear that they have Vision housing which makes the move even better because there is less stress over where to live. I highly recommend Vision! I started working for Vision just over 1.5 years ago and I cannot find a single fault, they have been a fantastic company to work for and an amazing team of staff to work with. Vision were very supportive and helpful from the first point of contact I had with them, they were efficient and helped me relocate from Australia, they assisted with all the paper work, collected me from the airport and provided me with an oyster and sim card, they also booked my appointment with the bank and helped me open an account, this was all very helpful and made the transition from Australia smooth and effortless. The staff are also very friendly, organised and professional. Vision Teaching (VT) executes their work with the greatest of care, the likes of which is lacking from most workplaces. There is that personal relationship between supply teachers and specialist consultants who work very hard to ensure that you have enough work to enable you to earn a decent income. In short, other than being very friendly and polite, they show a sincere interest in the well-being of their educators. Their dedication has clearly been demonstrated during the current lockdown where they have worked tirelessly to furlough their workers so we could have a bit of income to live on. Without which, many of us would have been tearing our hairs out by now. Well done Vision Teaching management team! Furthermore, they also ensure that we are well equipped to confidently carry out our jobs through their regular CPD training sessions. Moreover, Vision Teaching is extremely fair when it comes to pay: making certain that monthly or weekly remuneration is paid at the stipulated times. I have worked for Vision Teaching for quite a while so I can confidently vouch for them. Therefore, if I was asked to rate them, I would give them a solid 95% out of 100. You only have to come on board to enjoy the professionalism and peace of mind they have to offer.

My initial planning of my journey to London began back at home, in Australia in August 2018. This was an important goal of mine, so I made sure I did my research and called a few different agencies (as I read multiple horror stories online about poor experiences).
