A cut above the rest. I had been in short lived relationships with a number of other local recruitment agencies due to their lack of a personal touch and no appreciation for my circumstances or needs. I was becoming despondent with recruiters in general. My circumstances were quite difficult and unique due to a break in my career and personal difficulties despite an impressive CV. I received a call out of the blue from Chantelle at Wild Berry. I explained my circumstances and she listened to everything I said. I was able to unload all my concerns, considerations and needs. Chantelle was fantastically supportive and extremely positive which gave me the much needed shot in the arm to progress. She gave me invaluable advice on the role I should take and was able to suggest a promising role with a good company that could help me back into the employment market. I don't usually expect much in terms of presentation or general friendliness from other employment agencies, but as soon as I walked into the office I thought I'd landed a job in corporate finance! A genuine smile makes a massive difference in the comfort an interviewee feels. Iroda definitely sets the bar high in that respect. Shift flexibility and payroll revolves around efficiency is explained and emphasised so you don't get any furious undesirables protesting their wages. This company is, in my experienced opinion, the epitome of recruitment agencies for younger people and embodies the essence of free will and independence of choice. I have been working with Iroda Babadjanova for the past three-ish years, and she has always been very helpful to me. She has given me some of the best shifts I have ever worked and has always paid me on time. Whenever there was an issue, she solved it right away. At Christmas time, she made sure that I was working every week and always kept me up-to-date on which shifts were available and which ones were within the times I specified.
